At the heart of Norway Nights Davos 2027 will be The Sushi Bar at Belvedere by Icefresh — a four-evening from 20:00 to Midnight. Together with Hofseth International and IceFresh, guests will enjoy premium norwegian salmon — Fresher than Fresh — prepared by sushi chefs along side Norwegian hospitality and opportunity. Throughout the Davos week, IceFresh salmon will be served across the Grandhotel Belvedere and ath the Cariget Bar and at other upscale locations and venues.
